We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, household, or organisation. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee your screen will display colours exactly.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and EV-LEK Ltd is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
6. DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days from UK stock. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. EV-LEK Ltd is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
8. TRADE AND WHOLESALE
Trade and wholesale orders are subject to separate terms agreed between EV-LEK Ltd and the trade customer. Contact us directly to discuss trade account terms.
9. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Where stated, products carry a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must be made directly to EV-LEK Ltd. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, or modifications. Our warranties are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EV-LEK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
