Delivery & Shipping Policy — EV-LEK Ltd

1. UK Stock

All orders are dispatched from UK stock. We do not ship from overseas warehouses, so there are no customs delays or import charges on any UK order.

2. Free UK Delivery on All Orders

All UK orders qualify for free standard delivery. No minimum spend required — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout to every order being delivered within the United Kingdom.

3. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of receiving payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, weekend, or bank holiday will begin processing on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent, including a tracking number where available.

4. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated UK delivery times are:

  • Standard UK Delivery — 2 to 4 working days (free on all orders)
  • Express Delivery — 1 to 2 working days (where available at checkout, additional cost)

Delivery timescales are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed. EV-LEK Ltd is not liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. International Shipping

We do ship to the EU and selected international destinations. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • EU Delivery — £14.99, typically 5–10 working days
  • Rest of World — £23.99, typically 7–14 working days

International customers may be liable for local import duties, customs charges, and VAT on receipt. These are not included in our shipping costs.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. EV-LEK Ltd cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges will apply.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available, the courier will leave a card or notification with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply in this case.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours at sales@ev-lekltd.com or 07903 297370. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate.

9. Trade and Bulk Orders

Delivery timescales and costs for trade, wholesale, and bulk orders are agreed separately. Please contact us directly to discuss delivery for large orders.
