1. YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from EV-LEK Ltd. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within this 14-day period by contacting us at:

2. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
The refund amount you receive depends on the condition of the item when it arrives back to us.
Full Refund — Items returned in the same condition as sent, unused, with all original packaging intact will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Partial Refund — Items returned in a worse condition than sent — including signs of use, damage, missing packaging, or missing accessories — will be assessed on return. A deduction will be made from your refund to reflect the reduction in value. We will contact you before processing a partial refund to explain the deduction.
No Refund — Items that are returned in a condition that makes them unsaleable, heavily damaged, or altered beyond reasonable inspection will not be accepted for refund. We will contact you and arrange to return the item to you.
3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To start a return, contact us at sales@ev-lekltd.com or call 07903 297370. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
5. TRADE AND BULK ORDERS
Returns on trade, wholesale, or bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues with a trade order.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days and returned to your original payment method.
